The Transcend women's running shoe combines support and cushion to break all the normal laws of comfort. High-tech features throughout the shoe work together to create the ultimate ride.

Great for road and track

Ideal for mid to high arches

10.1 ounces

8 mm midsole drop

Cool new colors

Helps moderate pronation

I had been waiting for these shoes and I was NOT disappointed one bit. The ride is remarkably smooth, and the guide rails keep my feet ultra stable. I don't normally need a stability shoe, and I don't pro/supinate, but the cushion on these shoes has made me a believer.

Ready to fly

The Transcend women's support running shoe was created using biomechanical testing to provide the ultimate Float experience. We engineered a platform that narrows in the heel and widens through the forefoot, creating Ideal Pressure Zones that disperse impact on every stride. Guide Rails on the outside of the shoe nudge your foot in proper alignment, allowing your hips, knees and joints to move within their unique motion path as you run. Adaptive Super DNA cushioning provides a super-soft landing mile after mile. No-sew tunnels integrate laces into the upper for a wrapped fit that's snug and comfortable. The new Brooks Transcend will blow your mind -- via your feet.

Shoe Features

Brooks DNA is a groundbreaking cushioning material that provides a customized ride for runners of all sizes and speeds. Working with the BioMoGo midsole, Brooks DNA responds to your every step, dispersing impact and providing ideal comfort and protection.

We've taken the long-lasting cushioning of our MoGo midsole and made it more environmentally friendly. A non-toxic, natural additive in the BioMoGo compound encourages anaerobic microbes to munch away 50 times faster once it hits the landfill.

Our unique Segmented Crash Pad cradles your heel from the middle to the outside, delivering full ground contact and reliable heel-to-toe transition.

Innovative 3D Fit Print technology replaces rubber overlays on the upper with lighter material. Combined with new lacing designs to even out lace pressure, you get a comfortable, flexible, no-stitch fit.

Love These!

I love these shoes!!! I am an avid runner, I run half and full marathons and I also run cross country for my school. In addition, I attend spin class once a week, and lift weights three to four times a week, and these shoes are perfect for them all! I suffer from severe pronation, that has led to stress fractures, and these shoes help immensely with that! They are the only shoe that I have fround that is enough support to help with my pronation, but that does not give me painful blisters! Like I said

Quality is going downhill

While I decided to keep this shoe, I have to say that I am sorely disappointed in the changes Brooks has been making. First, the color selection has become more and more gaudy each year. I used to have a pair of silver and white Transcends that had dark purple and pink ACCENTS rather than being covered in garish colors that look like a shoe for teens. I also have noticed that the quility is going downhill fast, as the mesh does not feel or look durable and there are no longer holes for the

So disappointed in the new Transcend

I have owned Adrenalines for many years and thought I would give the Transcend a try. They offer little to no support or cushioning. I developed plantar fasciitis very soon after switching to this shoe. Then just to confirm it was the shoe that was causing it, I went back to my old Adrenalines and my feet started feeling better. Then I went back on the Transcend for a week and once again it came back. I decided to be done with them. I've been using Mizunos for a week and my feet are already doing so much better! The Transcend turned out to be a huge waste of money.

Narrow foot, love the transcend but

I have been running in the brooks transcend for a few weeks. I tried several different brands of shoes when I started running and once I found the transcend, it is all I have worn. I have a long narrow foot but unfortunately the transcend doesn't come in narrow. My only other complaint is the color choices. I hate that every year I purchase several pairs of shoes as I go through them and I have to wear the same color for the whole year because there is only one color choice that's cute. Also the color combinations on the shoe could be better. I would love to have the neon pink and turquoise but it doesn't come in narrow. Please offer more choices to those of us with narrow or wide feet!

I've been running 5km to half marathons for over 7 years and my FAVORITE RUNNING SNEAKERS are my BROOKS Transcend or Glycerin style. I bought these new TRANSCENDS this year & I can't say enough good about them. I am training for my FIRST MARATHON and these new bright pink powergirls are my most FAVORITE RUNNING SNEAKERS YET!!!! They will bring me to cross that finish line I'm sure! You won't be disappointed, I want another pair!
